Community Access National Network
The Community Access National Network (CANN) is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization (formerly incorporated under the "Ryan White CARE Act Title II Community AIDS National Network") focusing on public policy issues relating to HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis. CANN's mission is to define, promote, and improve access to healthcare services and supports for people living with HIV/AIDS and/or viral hepatitis through advocacy, education, and networking. CANN's coalition-based work is done on behalf of the patient advocacy groups, pharmaceutical partners, and government agencies.
340b Drug Pricing
Provides educational resources on the 340B Drug Discount Program, highlighting policy developments and reform opportunities to ensure the program better supports patients and the providers who serve them.
HIV/AIDS
National ADAP Working Group (NAWG) strengthen access to essential treatment and support services by sharing policy insights, best practices, and coordinated advocacy across programs and partners.
MPOX Project
Maintains a patient-centered information hub with timely updates, resources, and guidance to help communities and partners respond to emerging public health challenges and care needs.
Viral Hepatitis
Advances education, leadership, and policy engagement to improve prevention, treatment access, and support services through collaboration with community advocates and national partners.
PDABs
Offers educational resources on state-level Prescription Drug Advisory Boards, helping stakeholders understand policy impacts and elevating the role of patients in drug pricing and access decisions.
